2. We offer concierge service so you don't have to deal with any other trades. We will deliver the generator, pour the concrete pad, and deal with the gas / electrical connections.
3. We break in the generator correctly. Rather then turn on every light in your home to create the load, we bring along a load bank that creates an artificial load on the generator. This allows us to break in and start up the generator without walking around your home turning in appliances, lights, etc. No one else in the residential market does this!
BONUS: If your generator has a malfunction or defect within the first 5 years and you are under a service contract with us, we will bring you temporary power free of charge.
